The main difference from my other engineers is that I did not leave science in the last 2 years I have produced about 10 articles dealing with technical safety equipment increased risk and protective coatings, I wrote several chapters to a recent book on drilling. Skils: • Handing Ansys (Workbench, Classic APDL programming), AutoCAD, Solid Works/Cosmos Works, Visio, MathCAD, windchill, MS office. • Experience in Ansys: structural (elastic and plastic strain), composites, contact, thermal, modal, transient, thermal, CFD analysis in CFX module. • Experience in Cosmos: structural (elastic and plastic strain), composites, contact. • Experience preparation technical documentation for pipe engineering with using ASME standard for pressure piping. • Lecturing in University: ‘CAD/CAM/CAE/FEA’, 'metrology', 'statistic (planning manufacturing and since experiment)', ‘Apply mechanics', ‘Computer science’, 'machine elements', etc. Main completed projects: Calculation department which I am heading in corporation "Inta", "Energopotok" completed the project of supply gate valves and variable valves on nuclear plant (Leningradskay, Novo-Voronrgskay, Beloyarskay). New we completed supply of elements cooling system reactors on other nuclear plants. Calculations Equipment gas blowing-off gas handling systems for Taiwan Nuclear Power station. Calculations elements and constructions oil derrick for company IzhDrill. Also my calculation group realized calculation on other plants oil and gas industry such as gate valves, pipe, oil derrick. Also our group have experience in constriction fields (Bolshay Ledovay Arena - Large Ice Arena). During my scientific work I perform calculations for aircraft and space industry. My scientific work was connected with supply ability details, parts and assembling in large gradient of temperate. scientific interests: - FEM method (thermal, structural, joint analysis, electromagnetic analyses); - modeling hydrodynamics process in gas lazyery; - reliability pressure coupling working in extreme temperature for( oil-gas industry, machine-tool construction, aerospace). Last company where I work has been created from scratch. I got a great experience: - As a manager, staff recruitment; - In the creation of the calculation methods and tests; - Documentation and testing technology of new products, equipment and accessories kinder.
