Job profile:

• Participation and supervision of audit engagements, audit of financial statements under under US GAAP and RAP
• Preparation/ review of consolidated financial statements
• Transformation of financial statements from RAP to US GAAP
• Performing planning and control procedures
• Reviewing the clients’ accounting system and internal control system
• Preparation of audit reports
• Evaluating potential financial and other project risks and monitoring the accuracy
• Preparing project work plans and budgets
• Implementing efficient project management and budget execution (time, resources, outsourcing budget)
• Managing and training of audit teams, coaching junior team members

Candidate's profile:

• University Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in audit and accounting or relevant financial position in the appropriate industry sector
• ACCA/CPA or similar qualification is a must
• US GAAP expertise and experience required, Russian Accounting Standards knowledge is strongly preferred
• Good working knowledge of the English language (both oral and written), Russian language knowledge is strongly preferred
• Extensive computer skills
• Excellent team leader and player able to supervise a group of people and deliver outstanding results
