Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of consumer security software.
• Demonstrated success in releasing innovative products to the market.
• Ability to drive results across functional areas, including program management, design, development, marketing, business development and sales.
• Ability to develop and manage research that efficiently and effectively captures customer needs.
• Excellence in aggregating, analyzing and communicating customer data, market research and competitive understanding into crisp recommendations and influence change.
• Strong technical skills and ability to understand technical challenges.
• Excellent presentation & written & oral communication skills. Fluent English is a must. The interview will be conducted in English.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the backup and disaster recovery software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of key competitors’ offerings and create “win” strategies.
• Understand customers’ pain points in protecting their digital assets and computer resources.
• Create, lead & communicate the products roadmap for Acronis consumer products.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, whitepapers and other collaterals used during sales training, trade events, NDA customer meetings
• Manage 3rd party technical relationships that affect product development.
• Perform Win/Loss analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences, from co-workers to executive management.
• Drive/participate/engage with Industry Analysts, Industry Conferences, focus groups and customers participating in pilot programs.
• Determine & execute against the KPIs for reach & ROI
