Kaspersky Labs is establishing a quality
management framework, which will provide general rules and policies
and ensure consistent application of business process management
activities through the entire Company.
This position is intended to carry out day-to-day activities
on analysis, monitoring, and audit of the Company business
processes.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct process health-checks and performance audits (planned
and on-demand); collect, summarize, and present findings to
stakeholders; develop action item lists and monitor their
fulfillment;
- Ensure that execution of Company processes is accompanied with
gathering and analysis of relevant metrics, and that action items
are identified and implemented;
- Conduct formal reviews of process, project, and product
documentation;
- Conduct quick research of business processes to identify owners
and stakeholders;
- Liaise with staff of Quality Management Department, process
managers in other departments, and other relevant staff on a daily
basis to exchange information and coordinate activities.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Education or courses in quality management or process
management area;
- 1+ years of hands-on experience as a process manager or auditor
(or similar position), preferably in an IT company or IT
department, with demonstrated tangible achievements;
- Fluent oral and excellent written English.
Professionals skills and knowledge:
- Hands-on experience in all areas of quality management and
process management
- Knowledge of internationally recognized standards, models, and
methodologies related to process and quality management (ISO 9000,
ISO 20000, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, etc.)
- Knowledge of methodologies and graphical languages used for
process analysis and description (ARIS, UML, IDEF, etc.)
