• Design and development server-side and client-side functionality
• Assessment of issues

• High Technical Degree

• Minimum 3 years experience in development of J2EE applications
• Minimum 1 year experience as a leading developer
• Experience in cross-browser development Web Tier
• Experience in OOP and design patterns
• Experience in commercial projects

• Experience in JavaScript performance tuning

• Good knowledge of J2EE Specifications
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript
• Good knowledge of HTML (DHTML, XHTML, etc)
• Knowledge of different approaches for presentation-tier development (Struts, JSF, GWT, etc)
• Good technical English
• Fluent conversation skills are welcome but not critical
• Knowledge of Portlet Specification (JSR-286), web services is a plus.
