The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. , one of the world's leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products, is searching a qualified specialist for the Forecasting Executive position

Responsibilities:

• Timely forecasting and entering in management system a plan of sales for the regular product assortment and plan of utilization of products not intended for commercial sale at Ukrainian market 
• Compares and analyses above-indicated types of data including data on potential historical demand
• Analyzing main causes of divergence and recommends what actions should be taken to decrease such divergences revealed, e.g., to correct the sales forecast, to revise expectations according to sales plan, etc. 
• Compares the use of products not intended for commercial sale with the appropriate budgeted expense related thereto
• Annual setting targets associated with demand forecasting process, their proper analysis on a monthly basis.
• Assistance in the development of marketing plans by way of providing a statistical support and conducting analysis of plans.

Requirements:

• Higher degree in economics or finance sphere.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or sales planning
• Fluent English
