Job description:

The Analyst is expected to integrate and work with the investment team to analyze new investment opportunities, to contol investment projects, must be very comfortable in creating, modifying, and reviewing financial spreadsheets, conduct due diligence, evaluate industry and economic attractiveness of new investments, and assist managing and monitoring the performance of the investment portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the financial analysis of potential investments including the preparation of cash flow models
• Assist in the preparation of investment recommendations
• Assist in the execution and due diligence process
• Research and monitor particular market sectors
• Drafting transaction documents, business plans
• Preparation of the analytic reports concerning the project realization

Background:

• Strong academic background from a leading institution
• Minimum of one year of analytical experience in an investment bank, private equity firm, Big 4 or similar environment
• Very strong analytical and excel modeling skills (MS Office package)
• Self starter and team player
