Business Support in Sales Department (outstaffing contract)
Requirements and Qualification:
- University degree.
- 1 year + experience in administrative work.
- Sales experience is benefit.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn fast.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic driver, team player, consensus builder
- Advanced English is required.
- Passion for sales
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent data quality entered into Customer Relationship Management system and other business-management tools, which resulted in effective customer profiling.
- Effectively communicate within with account teams Business Operations managers to support regular information flows.
- Provide regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reporting and identifying red-yellow flags according defined rules.
- Participation in team meetings.
