Role

• PwC Russia has moved into a new building in the White Square Office Center. The Internal Communications team is creating an internal corporate TV network for this new office and is looking for an AV / Design Specialist to play a major role in the development and support of this communications channel. This AV / Design Specialist would also be involved in helping to produce corporate communications other than corporate TV, including videos, audio interviews and photo sessions.
• This is an exciting, multifaceted role that will involve working with a number of staff members in both English and Russian to held build a cutting-edge, creative internal communications environment for the Moscow office of a leading professional services organisation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Internal Communications to develop an overall corporate TV strategy
• Work with the Internal Communications team and staff from other business units to develop specific corporate TV content (3+ hours of content per week)
• Produce corporate TV content using the firm’s AV equipment: Sony HVR Z7E video camera, Grass Valley (Edius) video editing software, Adobe Audition audio editing software, Nikon D700 photo camera
• Produce corporate TV content in PowerPoint/Flash
• Work in collaboration with the IT dept.’s system administrator to monitor and control corporate TV broadcast schedule
• Assist in the editing and production of corporate communications other than corporate TV, including video, audio and photo formats (see split of time below)

Qualifications

• University degree or significant training in AV production is a must
• Ability to use professional video, audio and photo equipment is a must
• Ability to use professional editing software is a must
• Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English is a must
• Training in animation / design is a plus

 Experience

• Significant experience (2+ years) in AV production, preferably with a film or media company, is a must – including video camera operation, lighting set-up, sound set-up, editing and post production
• Design experience (animation in PowerPoint, Flash, other) is a plus
• Candidates will be expected to present samples of previous work
