Requirements
• Min. 5 years successful experience in buying in Russian luxury industry (multi-brand)
• Own network/contacts to leading international brands
• Eye for trends – both in luxury segment as well as in fashion industry in general
• Business mind for the inner-workings of the changing fashion world
• Strong understanding of merchandising financials, retail math and the ability to manage profitability
• Knowledge of Open-to-Buy (OTB) process
• Strong product sensibility
• Ability to analyze reports and draw conclusions/recommendations
• Ability to lead team effectively and create an exciting workplace

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the growth and financial accountability of the luxury segment
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships
• Negotiate buying terms with vendors (price, quantity and delivery terms)
• Manage inventory levels (with input from financial planning team)
• Develop financial plan for the vendors (profitability targets, markup and receipt flow)
• Lead and develop other members of the merchandising team
• Establish cross-functional relationships in order to effectively grow and maintain business and financial expectations
• Lead the luxury team in the product selection
• Managing the purchase order process between KupiVIP and the respective brand. Creating the purchase order for each buy or consignment deal with a vendor (retail, wholesale)
• Delivering creative assets from the brand to KupiVIP’s creative team in a timely manner (images, press kits, reel assets, samples for photo shoots when possible)
