General responsibilities:
- Help desk support for Russia sites
- Call tracking for the sites
- Work under supervision of local IT Support and Help Desk Supervisor
- Assist with project and activities related to sites
- Installation and support of PC equipment and office equipment, computer and office equipment, software and programs, etc.
- Training for general PC skills for users
- Act as a part of the regional Eastern Europe IT team
