The leader of the beer industry, № 1 in the world, large multinational brewing company, with its huge floor spaces (about 12 plants in Russia), is in search of man for the position of Brand Manager, on its strategic brands.
Planned a huge marketing activity, ATL, BTL + a lot of TV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand and new product development work to optimize the attraction of company’s brands to the consumer;
  • Market analysis (through appropriate Research channels);
  • Plan media communication, coordinate and liaison with media suppliers and agencies to ensure implementation of plans in order to create consumer demand for company’s brands;
  • Develop brand ATL;
  • Organize and plan BTL activities: development, implementation and post evaluation of trade and consumer promotions, PR, sponsorships  and direct marketing campaigns;
  • Develop, execute and control the brand yearly budget to ensure the most effective use of resources;
  • Develop promotional and POS materials;
  • Analyze Competitors and Brand performance. 

Knowledge and skills requirements:

  • University degree (preferably in Marketing) + post graduate as an advantage;
  • Min 2 year of work experience in FMCG market on the same level of position;
  • Experience in analytical field;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work in international environment;
  • Ability to work under stress;
  • High self motivation and result oriented, ability to work with open tasks, high discipline and time management;
  • English – Fluent.
