Dupont Safety Resoursing Department invites Independent Consultant :

• Deliver high quality, high value consulting services (technical, regulatory and management systems aspects), primarily to external clients, alone or as a leader/member of a team of consultants.
• These services will be delivered in a way that results in high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business and enables clients to meet/exceed their performance improvement goals.

• Conducting management systems evaluations, comparing client’s actual performance to DuPont or benchmark criteria for achieving excellence; in some cases, performance is compared to regulatory criteria.
• Preparing written reports, which meet quality and timing standards.
• Developing, with the client, a prioritised action plan based on the evaluation findings.
• Delivering various implementation assistance services, e.g., training, developing procedures transfer DuPont know-how into solutions for the client, etc.
• Coaching client management
• Facilitating client safety management system processes including , for example, safety committee meetings
• Monitoring client progress against the action plan.

• Practical experience as a HSE, Production or Operations Manager.
• Experience in Operations or Safety Management in mining and/or oil and gas.
