Director - senior product manager of Mobile VAS

Position duties:

• Assist department director to analyze the target market and make product promotion strategies and planning, and organize and implement the product promotion and sales support works.
• Responsible for the analysis to target market and the requirements from customers, and exploration of the new opportunities.
• Keep and improve the relationship with relevant customers, including department directors and project managers of operators.
• Responsible for technical activities in project operation, to ensure the success of project.
• Responsible for the planning, organizing and implementation the brand activities in target market, to establish and upgrade the brand of relevant products and solutions.

Position Requirements:

• 8+ years(for senior manager position)/4+ years(for manager position) IT&telecommunication industry experience---preference for presales background in VAS(SMS,MMS,RBT,MTV,IN,etc) products and solutions selling;
• Know the development trends of telecom services and technology well,familiar with the organization structure of Russia TOP 3 mobile operators and service development stratgy&modes;
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, progressive organisation essential;
• Compatible interpersonal skills and multi cultural sensitivity essential,confident and aggressive;
• Strong English communication and presentation skills required---preference for work in foreign company;
• Excellent thinking and ideas for winning projects, ability to work independently and with a team required,responsible and active;Ability to analyse and manage customers'  requirements;
• Competitive VAS product background and knowledge is highly regarded;
• Bachelor qualification at least.
