Job description:

• Plan and implement technical communications, understand customer technical requirements and be able to guide the customer requirements;
• Complete tailored project proposal based on customer requirements;
• Present tailored solution and the relative technical explanation;
• Plan, promote and implementation for big project especially in telecommunication field; 5.  Help sales to establish, maintain and strengthen the customer relationships;
• Give technical training to internal staff;

Position requirements:

• Sensitive feeling in Russia Federation telecommunication market, grasp the trends of Russia Federation development policy and contribute the ideas of how to match such kind of policy.  
• Deeply understanding fixed line access network protocols, solutions and hardware;
• Familiar with popular communication technology on DSLAM, MSAN, GPON, NGN
• Long term experience of working with telecommunication operator;
• Have the ability of project operation independently; 
• The ability of analysis technologies and equipments which comes from different vendors;
• Good communication skill, team work spirit and strong work responsibility;
• At least 10 years experience in telecommunication industry and on relative job.
• Deeply understanding of trends of fixed line access network industry;
