PricewaterhouseCoopers is looking for an experienced valuation professional with solid real estate valuation background, strong analytical, finance and communicational skills to join Real Estate Valuation team with Corporate Finance department.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences or Engineering
• Professional valuation education
• Comprehensive knowledge of valuation theory and issues in practical application
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, specifically IFRS
• 5+ years relevant experience in real estate / consulting and /or finance related role
• Ongoing participation in and /or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: CFA, ASA, ACCA, RICS
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of complex spreadsheet business modeling, report writing, editing reports and preparation of presentations using MS Applications
• Russian – native/fluent, English – advanced (both oral and written)
