Troika Dialog is looking for a highly qualified expert to be a Lead Developer in TO department. This position reports directly to TO.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of R&D projects;
• Learn and apply new technologies when necessary albeit never used before;
• Ensure best development practices and patterns are in place;
• Be innovative and creative;
• Take part in system deployment and testing;
• Ensure high quality and timely production of all deliverables.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience:

• From seven years of software development experience;
• A university degree in a related field;
• Demonstrated experience in leading development of complex projects;
• Excellent technical skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
• Experience in and deep understanding of MS .NET technology;
• Understanding of SOA/EDA patterns.

Consistent combination of skills in the following stack is necessary:

• MS Sharepoint, Liferay Portal;
• MS Silverlight;
• MS .NET RIA Services;
• WPF, WWF, WCF;
• JCA, Transport SDK;
• Oracle Service Bus (ex BEA AquaLogic), Oracle CEP, Oracle BAM;
• MS SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle Database.
