• Good knowledge TCP/IP( incl SIP,MEGACO) protocols
• Good knowledge TDM protocols(CASCAS, CCS7,V5,EDSS1)
• Good knowledge NGN (softswich) equipment;
• Good knowledge UNIX based OS
• Good knowledge English
• Knowledge hiE9200/hiQ4200 - are preferred but not a must
• Knowledge ACME - are preferred but not a must
• Knowledge CISCO, JUNIPER - are preferred but not a must

Responsibilities:

• Technical support of European customers in questions, connected with fix telephone communications.
