Responsibilities:

• Drafting and stipulating lease agreements;
• Interface towards tenants;
• Resigning lease agreements;
• Negotiating with tenants;
• Debt collection through the arbitration.

Requirements:

• Higher degree in legal;
• Working experience with lease agreements (real estate) from 3-5 years;
• Practice of court hearings is a must;
• Fluency in English;
• Team player, stationary, good analytical skills, similarity oriented.
