Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient operations of the Bistro and the Swedish Food Market.
• Execute the action plan for the Bistro&SFM to support business plan goals, sales/gross profit development and the management of controllable costs.
• Provide visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring that our service standards are met or exceeded.
• Maintain knowledge of the local market including competition and health and sanitation laws.
• Attract, develop and inspire our co-workers through the realisation of our Human Resource Idea.
• Create an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and where the diversity of our customers and co-workers is valued and embraced.
• Contribute as a member of the Food Service management team and lead the Bistro&SFM co-workers.
• Assume responsibility for projects and tasks as they occur.Обязанности:
