Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient operations of the Bistro and the Swedish Food Market.
- Execute the action plan for the Bistro&SFM to support business plan goals, sales/gross profit development and the management of controllable costs.
- Provide visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring that our service standards are met or exceeded.
- Maintain knowledge of the local market including competition and health and sanitation laws.
- Attract, develop and inspire our co-workers through the realisation of our Human Resource Idea.
- Create an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and where the diversity of our customers and co-workers is valued and embraced.
- Contribute as a member of the Food Service management team and lead the Bistro&SFM co-workers.
- Assume responsibility for projects and tasks as they occur.Обязанности:
