You can succeed in this position if you are:

• high education (in economics, management or business as a plus);
• have leadership abilities, experience from a managerial position as a plus;
• a self starter and enjoy competitive working environment;

• persuasive and confident in communication;
• fluent in English;
• ready to travel a lot in Russia and abroad;
• experience in purchasing of solid wood as a plus.

• taking full responsibility for the work results of your purchasing team;
• constantly working on price development, production costs decrease, article range produced at your suppliers;
• constantly monitoring market in your material area in search for new opportunities for business development;
• ensuring that all products are purchased according to the Best Buy principal;
• support IKEA of Sweden in the product life cycle process.
