• 5+ relevant experience at the managerial position of Finance Manager, Finance/Business Controller or CFO with medium sized foreign companies
• Former accounting background is highly appreciated
• Vivid leadership skills, excellent project manager skills

• Fluent English

Company Controlling:

• То take care of the chart of accounts, in collaboration with GMDM
• То guarantee the correct bookkeeping
• То identify possible financial risks, on the basis of theinformation receive by Business Finance Functions
• То strictly cooperate with the Share ServiceCenter, for everything related to the accounting closing and to the preparation of the Trial and Final Local Balance
• То assure the correctness of the FIRE and the other Management Reports
• То guarantee the   correct   cost   accounting   andthe correct administrative management of the WIP and the warehouses
• Tо double-cheek, in cooperation with the Personnel Administration and HR, the cost of the salaries, the related ancillaries’ expenses and the Travel Expenses
• To control the assets and the provisions
• To support the Statutory and external auditors
• To handle the operative Demand Management towards the SSC, in close cooperation withthe FinanceProcess Driver
• To perform the relevant SOXKey Controls
• To support the SOX Internal and External Auditors, in cooperation with the Finance Process Driver

Tax management:

• То take care of the Tax Planning
• То manage the legal accounting and tax books
• То prepare the statutory financialstatements
• To support the Statutory andExternal Auditors
• То prepare the periodical tax returns related to direct and indirect taxation
• То coordinate the management of tax litigations
• То verify the correct VAT and legal books keeping
• То prepare anddispatch to the SSC the information needed for postings of the operationsfor statutory and tax purposes
• То perform the relevant SOX Key Controls

Treasury & Credit Management:

• Manage Treasury group according to European Group directives
• Manage local banks relationships
• Manage the loans
• Manage the factoring, the bonds and the deposits relating to bids and contracts, in close cooperation with the KAand Credit Control
• Manage financialrelationships with European Group
• Checking financial information as to FIREreporting
• Issue Financial Forecast andWeekly Treasury Reporting
• Carry out Hedging transactions
• Evaluate and manage factoring opportunities in coordination with Business Control
• Execute credit management policies
• Participate in collection of account receivables
• Ensure early dispute management
• Manage financial reporting of MU account receivables
• To perform the relevant SOX Key Controls

COMPENSATION:

• From 250 000 rub + (negotiable depending on qualification) + good compensation package
