PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking to recruit individuals with Shared Service Centre(SSC) experience. You will be part of a highly skilled, specialist team within a wider group of finance professionals and at the same time, you will be encouraged to initiate and develop new ideas and develop client relationship.
Education, experience and skills requirements:
- University Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting or similar,
- Sound knowledge in the areas of accounting, good understanding of business processes,
- IFRS, Financial and ERP systems knowledge would be considered as an advantage,
- Experience of leading SSC stream within the project,
- 4+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience
- Solid project management experience in the relevant area
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA/CFM, ACCA, CPA is preferable
- Russian – native/fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written)

- Ability to operate in multitask environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines
- Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad)

Performance management
- Advising on strategy implementation through Balanced Scorecard and integration with the corporate motivation system
- Assisting in the alliance of financial and business strategies, preparing value driver analysis and setting strategic objectives
- Developing KPIs to support strategy implementation and to improve performance management
- Improving Cost Management, including detailed cost review, elaborating costs drivers and implementation of costs management instruments
- Methodology support in implementation of financial and ERP systems
Finance Function Effectiveness
- Conducting detailed diagnostics and benchmarking of core finance processes and functional activities
- Improving budgeting, planning and analysis
- Establishing optimal management reporting package
- SmartClose — accelerating the closing process to achieve more timely and accurate financial and/or management reporting.
- Designing the optimal finance structure to focus on decision-making support, rather than scorekeeping.
- Supporting the design and setup of a company’s shared service centres as a separate business unit created to perform and improve the efficiency of repetitive common processes.
