In the face of competition in the mass affluent market place, the bank seeks to grow its business in Russia through the pursuit of extensive sales activity on a proactive basis and excellent customer driven service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek networking opportunities with possible customers / customer groups;
- Development of new sales opportunities via a variety of media – internet, telephone sales;
- Maximize “Customer-get-Customer” referrals – number of referrals of potential clients by existing clients of the bank;
- To effectively co-operate with Premier Relationship Managers in order to ensure smooth customer transition/handover;
- To proactively seek retail business development opportunities;
- Thorough use of CRM systems to monitor and record activity.
Experience and skills:
- A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with financial services, insurance, automobile industry and other is required. Direct sales and service experience would be an advantage;
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage (intermediate level at least);
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and proactively;
- Ability to face and successfully overcome stressful working conditions is a must;
- Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of services. Willingness of professional self-education;
- Strong self motivation and positiveness.
