Accountabilities: -
Implementation of standard workflow overall the district -
District target fulfilment -
Coaching of DM Customer Consultants -
Organisational development of departments -
Evaluation of Customer groups development -
Analysis and development, control over of customer data base maintenance -
Initiate measures for an increase in customer satisfaction -
Present MCC on exhibition, plan and manage customer consultants work at HoReCa events -
Sure of proper customer communication and consulting to the customers - Regular evaluation of target fulfilments (monthly, quarterly and annual)
Skills: - Management skills to develop goals for the teams, to assess the performance of the cc-teams, to motivate the team members.
- Analytical abilities to define the trends of the customer development, to define ways of customer development and to improve customer care.
- Presentation skills to present results and tasks in the frame of his responsibility.
