Service Support Specialist Responsibilities: - Import/Export of spare parts for CTX/XRD/Trace equipment. Process required documents (contracts, invoicing, certificate of transaction, description of parts, follow up related payments for customs clearance service, control of payments, process different local certificates, acts of acceptance of warranty/post-warranty works, acts for used bad parts, local deliveries etc.).
- Tracking the Inventory of the local warehouses (maintain Flash Database, feed local accountant books, reports from Engineering team, process required documents, parts order/return process, audit Inventories etc.).
- Control of the fulfillment of valid contracts with the customers / contractors (warranty/post-warranty acceptance acts, services acceptance acts, Invoices, processing of required documents, providing appropriate documents to the finance department/to the Customers, document workflow, Tracking of the payments for existing contracts etc.).
- Managing vendors/subcontractors/customers in support of service team (local service contracts, correspondence with customers, contracts with contractors, Internal contracts, tools inventory list, processing of related documents, internal and external contracts approvals, screening/bidding processes control, Internal workflow implementation, buying the required tools/consumables , buying contracts, tracking inventory etc.)
- Support for Sales support & Logistics specialist.
Requirements: - Higher education
- Experience in logistics
- Experience of working within spare parts logistics is desired
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Power Point & Excel)
- Ability to work within dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent English
