In the Russian representation of the western company which is the world leader in the field of the interactive entertaining software the position is opened "E- Commerce Manager".

 

Key Requirements:

  • 3-4 years previous experience in Key Accounts Managent, ideally in digital sales, marketing role that included exposure to  online marketing and ecommerce strategies.
  • Must be able to show a deep and solid understanding of customer aggregating strategies in the digital space, such as natural and keyword search, affiliate programmes, CRM, and others.
  • Strong sales person with a solid understanding of marketing principles and that has developed strong insights about consumer behavior in the digital space.
  • Good understanding of the entertainment sector and a natural affinity with the videogames sector as a whole.
  • Strong project management skills, must be able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and work with multiple parties to deliver creative solutions, as well as work under tight deadlines.
  • Self motivated, revenue driven, passionate about making leader in this space.  Very organized, can present information to upper management in a clear and concise manner.
  • University degree, preferably in management/economics or some related field.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • English – Intermediate/Upper Intermediate


Primary responsibilities: 

  • Execution of digital marketing activities in the territory that drive revenue, customer acquisition and retention and that support the business objectives and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide clear communication on all aspects of the account including initial listings, initial pricing and catalogue business
  • Determine requirement product promotions with designated accounts and manage process of planning and implementation. Align your marketing objectives with the wider Marketing Strategy, and define the marketing budget required for your activities.
  • Production of monthly sales forecast for designated accounts
  • Liaise with Sales Administrator to facilitate the order/invoice entry process, resolve account queries, manage returns etc.
  • Obtain clear, accurate and detailed market and sell through data from designated accounts
  • Using all available data, recognise changes in the marketplace and adapt plans accordingly
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of the annual planning process
  • Manage and optimize our wap and web portal ecommerce propositions, both on and off portal, with a particular focus on ROI and efficient customer acquisition strategies.
  • Work with Marketing Managers in the country to define the best relationships with agencies and internet players such as Google, Yahoo, etc, so as to ensure is the leading player in the emerging space of internet search and advertising
  • Work with tech teams and other parts of the company to evolve our portal propositions from pure commerce offerings to “ Destinations” that include advanced CRM, community, and other strategies.
  • Identify partnership opportunities within the larger and work through Marketing Managers to pursue them. Work with the relevant teams at Operators and with external companies that can help us drive consumers to our portal destinations and enhance our overall consumer offering.
