The role

  • secretarial support (meetings, calls, travel);
  • assistance with marketing activities (collecting and analyzing of information on capital markets and particular companies; preparation, editing and formatting of marketing materials);
  • preparation and maintenance of spreadsheets containing different sorts of information;
  • administration of events (conferences, seminars);
  • communication with capital markets groups in other offices as needed.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • higher education;
  • good command of English;
  • PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • excellent administrative skills;
  • typing skills (approx.200 characters p/min);
  • accuracy and reliability;
  • act and diplomacy;
  • flexibility and commitment;
  • ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • excellent communication skills;
  • previous experience in a Western environment is a plus.
