The role
- secretarial support (meetings, calls, travel);
- assistance with marketing activities (collecting and analyzing of information on capital markets and particular companies; preparation, editing and formatting of marketing materials);
- preparation and maintenance of spreadsheets containing different sorts of information;
- administration of events (conferences, seminars);
- communication with capital markets groups in other offices as needed.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- higher education;
- good command of English;
- PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- excellent administrative skills;
- typing skills (approx.200 characters p/min);
- accuracy and reliability;
- act and diplomacy;
- flexibility and commitment;
- ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- excellent communication skills;
- previous experience in a Western environment is a plus.
