Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in development and implementation of all brand-related activities: creative development, new product development, trade & consumer promotions, PR, sponsorships and events;
- Follow up and regular controlling of the brand yearly budget (through recording all outcoming financial documents (PRFs & other);
- Development & controlling of regional activities targeted to achieve annual targets in line with the Brand Plan;
- Management of the POSM materials design development, implementation overall and project related;
- Participate in development and controlling of BTL activities implementation;
- Assist in composing briefs / requests / applications both for internal and external teams;
- Assist the brand manager in gathering market data;
- Assist in development of brand communication materials;
- Help Brand Manager in innovation projects;
- Do consumer & trade visits including regional trips with reports and suggestions for further business improvements.
Knowledge and skills requirements:
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work in international environment;
- Ability to work under stress;
- High self motivation;
- University degree (preferably in Marketing, Finance, Economic sphere);
- + 1 year of working experience on the similar position with less business scope (BTL agency background is possible);
- English – Upper - Intermediate level.
