GE Engineering center ETEC, design and analysis center for GE Energy and Transportation, is looking for Finance Support. Key responsibilities include: - Own monthly and quarterly closing (booking & reviewing all balances, uploading to GL/ HQ interfaces, revenue calculation & billing, ensuring adherence to local stat transfer pricing regulations). Ensure compliance of all accounting transactions with Russian tax and accounting rules as well as US GAAP accounting rules.
- Own Account Reconciliation process.
- Control payroll process & associated taxation calculation, payment & analysis.
- Ensure compliance of P&E and depreciation calculation with local and GAAP standards, participation in annual P&E verification and control.
- Provide support to Finance manager in preparation of analysis for monthly finance review (actuals vs plan), for annual & quarterly planning exercise, for weekly projections.
- Own monthly measurement & reporting of engineers’ productivity & other business specific metrics like T&L, headcount, awards, software spend, hardware spend etc.
- Perform first documents preparation and receiving from vendors.
- Support other business analysis, accounting requests as may be relevant from time to time.
Requirements: - Master degree in Finance or accounting.
- At least 3 years of work experience within accounting & finance.
- English base speaking, good reading & writing.
- Good PC skills (Excel, strong 1C knowledge).
- Strong knowledge of Russian tax laws and basic of US GAAP.
