Role
A Business Support specialist (B.S.S) in Russian Accounting Service Centre is a single point of expertise for users experiencing both technical and business process issue. BSS is responsible for SAP and business issue resolution, performing system testing by request from Regional support team.
BSS is responsible for:
- Successful operation of the SAP system by providing:
- Regional 1st level support (technical and business process issues are getting resolved in timely and quality manner)
- Ownership of issues
- Testing deploy and sign off new enhancements and system changes (Global, EMEA & local)
- Initiating and managing process improvements
- Ensuring users are trained adequately and tracking gaps, lead training and documentation for the row.
- Take part in client management meetings to review progress each month with Newcastle BSS.
Conditions:
- Starting salary from 33,500 RUR per month gross
Qualifications
- Russia/Belarus citizenship
- Higher education
- Strong technical background : knowledge of computer programs (SAP, MS Office, Excel in particular, etc.);
- Ability to absorb new information/ processes;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Readiness to work under time/ multi priorities pressure.
