The Opportunity:

• We offer a challenging opportunity to take a position of Consultant at Financial Accounting&Reporting Group where you can significantly expand your communication, consulting and IFRS training implementation projects skills staying a highly professional accountant at the same time.

• At least 4 years experience in Russian accounting, detailed knowledge of Russian accounting and reporting; IFRS knowledge is an advantage
• Desire to be involved in consulting (training) and development area (design and delivery) - past experience in this area is an advantage
• Native/fluent Russian speaker  
• Good communication skills, including confident in business Russian and some spoken English
• Confident and able speaker in front of small groups of people (good coaching skills)
• Proven team-player, mature to build and maintain successful client relationships
• Careful / accurate in work approach
• Strong commitment to professional development
• Practical working knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage

• Designing, development and delivery of consulting (mostly) and training solutions 
• Managing of client relationships and ensuring deliverables are achieved on a timely basis
• Working closely with external clients on identifying their training and consulting needs
• Supervising administrative support resources to ensure their work is completed to the required standards of quality
