Reporting to: Sales Supervisor, Imaging Technologies

Role:
- The Sales Representative is responsible for the Sales of the Imaging Technologies Business Unit, Russia. This includes co-formulating the most adequate sales strategy and marketing mix together with the supervisory line and in agreement with the Business Leadership, and especially, being directly responsible for customer relationship and the implementation of the sales strategy to achieve the pre-defined financial and strategic goals for the area.
Responsibilities:
- Proposes and develops sales strategies for Russia together with the supervisory line.
- Sets sales objectives and monitors account plans in line with pre-defined financial objectives.
- Maintains close contact to and visits regularly all direct and non-direct accounts and distributors. Prepares a yearly sales plan with objectives and reports regularly on this plan, including proposals for corrective actions, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting regularly on competitive activities and strategies as well as for formulating and upon agreement with supervisory line, implementing actions to counteract the effectiveness of the latter.
- Responsible for ensuring the adequate level of know-how transfer into the market, especially with regard to his/her distributors, direct and non-direct accounts.
- Responsible for defining and agreeing with the technical department on a training plan and individual actions, which includes both visits to the CTC (Customer Technology Centre) and technical calls on site. Similarly responsible for a successful and effective implementation of this plan.
- Works together with the distributors in the area to achieve our common business and strategic goals.
- Leads negotiations with customers in the area and seeks support and approval from the supervisory line, in particular when dealing with major accounts or where there are important price deviations.
- Organizes the working agenda in accordance with business needs and objectives.
- Participates in exhibitions, customer events and internal sales meetings.
- Supports and helps colleagues who have the leadership for projects affecting the area in agreement with the supervisory line.
- The incumbent must follow all DuPont internal procedures, especially those related to the company’s core values: high ethical standards, respectful people treatment, satefy and environmental protection.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Engineering.
- 2-3 years experience in packaging /printing or a related industry.
- Fluent English.
- Ready to travel to customers and meetings.
- Self motivated, result oriented, good planner.
