Job description:HR recruiting manager

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for recruitment and selection in Russia:
  
  • Analyze and probe the talent markets in telecommunication field; build external talent database to effectively enhance the recruitment efficiency and shorten the recruitment cycle;
  • Exploit recruitment channels and develop current and potential partners (consulting agencies, universities and etc.);
  • Plan and organize various recruitment activities independently, including headhunting projects, mass recruitment, campus recruitment and etc;
  • Control the recruitment process and quality;
  • Cooperate with business departments in recruitment projects and activities, develop recruitment and interview skills of responsible persons in business departments;
• Be responsible for position management in Russia:
  
  • Maintain and optimize the position management system of HUAWEI (Russia);
  • Organize the regular position review for all local employees in Russia;

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in human resource management field, preferable in western high-tech/IT/telecommunication companies or big HR consulting companies;
• Ability to work under pressure, highly responsible team-player;
• Open character, strong ability of organization, coordination and communication.
• Strong skills of external information collection in telecommunication field, experience in researching and analyzing human resource situation on the market, especially competitors’ status. Experience in establishing and developing relations with external partners (consulting agencies, universities, and etc.), as well as internal customers (business units of the company);
• Fluent English, experience PC-user.
