Finance & Accounting is unique within Procter & Gamble since we work across every area of the business, both domestically and globally. Our role within P&G is to provide leadership to business decision making as well as manage the Company's financial and accounting affairs to maximize long-term profits, cash flow, and total shareholder return.
Our Accounting assignments offer you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business, while you continue to build your skills. You will rotate from role to role for skill development, on average spending 2 years in any one assignment. We will offer you opportunities to build expertise in wide range of accounting areas, and become a broad accounting expert, or focus on developing mastery in the area of your choice via in-depth training.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ownership for a certain area of accounting (e.g Fixed Assets, Tax, Accounts Payable).
- Maintain accounting reporting both in compliance with Russian Accounting Standards and US GAAP (accounting is run in the SAP environment).
- Prepare tax reporting.
- Represent the Company in relationship with vendors and customers.
- Liaise with state authorities (e.g. tax and statistics).
- Prepare data and primary documentation in scope of tax audits and external audits.
Conditions:
- Starting salary from 33.500 RUR per month gross.
Qualifications:
- Russian/Belarus Citizenship.
- Higher Education.
- Good command of English.
- Attentiveness and accuracy.
