Responsibilites:
- Participation in technical implementations to achieve successful deliveries;
- Responsible for malfunction and proactive support;
- Technical Advisory to the Project manager;
- Feedback from the field and the customer;
- Focal point to the customer;
- Responsible for the reports and updating of the relevant CRM data;
- Responsibility for achieving high customer satisfaction;
- Part of a professional team.
Requirements:
- English is mandatory;
- Unix knowledge;
- Knowledge of Oracle databases;
- TCP/IP Network Management.
