Large internetional company is searching specialist for the position

Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilites:

  • Participation in technical implementations to achieve successful deliveries;
  • Responsible for malfunction and proactive support;
  • Technical Advisory to the Project manager;
  • Feedback from the field and the customer;
  • Focal point to the customer;
  • Responsible for the reports and updating of the relevant CRM data;
  • Responsibility for achieving high customer satisfaction;
  • Part of a professional team. 

Requirements:

  • English is mandatory;
  • Unix knowledge;
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases;
  • TCP/IP Network Management.
