Qualifications:

·          Minimum 2 years work experience in telecommunications

·          Technical or telecommunications degree

·          Good knowledge of telco markets and technologies

·          Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems

·          Strong analytical skills

·          Excellent communication skills

·          Experience using office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

·          Familiarity with UML

·          Experience with requirements management tools (knowledge of RequisitePro is a plus)

·          Good understanding of basic OOP principles (Java)

·          Good understanding of databases and query languages (Oracle, SQL)

·          Solid technical English verbal/writing skills

·          Ability to travel (occasionally)

Additional Qualifications:

·          Participation in OSS/BSS implementation/integration projects would be a plus

Responsibilities:

·          Collect and analyze use cases and requirements

·          Improve and support existing solutions from a requirements management perspective

·          Conduct market and technology research

·          Support implementation teams with expertise in OOB product capabilities
