The Role: - Salary calculation (approx. 800 employees)
- knowing the sick-leave and other FSS calculations;
- tax reporting to PFR;
- tax reconciliation with tax authority, PFR, FSS;
- knowing tax legislation (UST, Income tax);
- month-end procedure (part of management accounting);
- deep understanding general payroll processes.
Skills and Knowledge: - More than 1 year experience in payroll department (obligatory);
- good communication skills;
- good spoken and written English;
- good analytical skills;
- the ability to work under the pressure;
- good technical skills (Excel, Word, Internet, Consultant Plus, Scala as a plus);
