Precision manufacturing

• Technology
  • Groove manufacturing, precision components manufacturing, ECM manufacturing technology
• Main Work Field
  • HDD manufacturing technology field, designed components validation, new product manufacturing process and process design
  • Manufacturing program, tool design and optimization
  • Establishing system for qualification of precision components of shafting (Quality of facilities, product quality, shipping quality)
  • Manufacturing innovation, establishment of improved TQM activities (activities for yield, productivity, mass production of new products)
• Work Experience
  • More than 5 year experience in precision motor manufacturing technology
  • CNC program, tool design technology
  • Precision measurement technology (3D, roundness, cylindricity)
  • Tool re-grinding technology
• Qualification
• Higher than bachelor's degree, Specialist in mechanics
