Technical Writer

Qualification:

• Higher technical degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience as Technical Writer
• Excellent knowledge of documentation development and instructional design techniques
• Experience in developing technical documentation in English
• Excellent technical English reading/writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working in Telecommunications industry in any of the following areas: Order Management, Circuit Design/Assign, Provisioning, Network Inventory, Network Element Management, Outside Plant (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Writing, editing and updating technical documentation in English (user's and administrator's guides etc.)
• Developing  training courseware and related materials
• Making on-line help topics
• Communication and collaboration with engineers on product features and capabilities
• Delivering trainings for internal employees
