GE Healthcare is looking for Sales Manager.

The main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing good long-term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company businesses
  • Maximization the sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of given modality and business solutions in assigned area
  • Selling assigned product range and business solutions to customers within area
      track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecast data using information tools available (APM, Rolling Forecast)
  • Communicate effectively the market information to/from the field including competitor data
  • Effective communication with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicate leads to relevant colleagues
  • Organization product demonstrations, site visiting and follow up
  • Preparation and coordination of tender response and validation of tender documentation in collaboration with sales manager
  • Generating, recording and maintaining customer profiles, including keeping track of key  decision            makers
  • Ensuring knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
  • Post sale follow up in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Involving in the payment collection process

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Higher education (medical/pharmaceutical/commercial background)
  • Technical expertise in modality
  • Knowledge of market place
  • Selling and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team working skills, ability to harness resources to achieve goal
  • Good level of English
