Main responsibilities:

• To lead specialists of EHS department in providing support and training in the EHS and Security area to whole organization, coordinating EHS activity in accordance with Russian and Swedwood/IKEA requirements
• To set targets, plan and coordinate activities in the EHS area (Environment, Health and Safety) in concordance with legislation of Russian Federation environmental policy of the factory and EHS activity corresponding Swedwood manuals;
• Be responsible for the security system of the factory
• Being member of management team, have responsibility to implement Swedwood core values (People, Simplicity, Low Cost and Entrepreneurship) in the company, develop corporate culture based on friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere;
• To initiate and coordinate improvements based on Swedwood manuals;
• Have authority to perform EHS inspections in any department to check fulfillment of requirements; 
• Be representative of the company in EHS issues in the relation with authorities and Swedwood/IKEA;

Successful candidate should have:

• University degree
• Relevant experience in production from 5 years
• Knowledge of legislation demands in Labour safety, Environmental and Fire  safety
• Goal oriented
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Leadership    Fluent English  Excellent communication skills
• PS user (MS office)
