GE Transportation  is looking for Customer Service Coordinator in Belarus:

Role:

• Responsible for coordinating sales support and aftermarket activities of the P&SS business in the CIS region (Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan) with mining and drilling companies and heavy machinery OEMs.
• Payment coordination: Establishing, confirmation, execution of the Letters of Credit. Escalation issues to higher level.
• Delivery tracking. Short shipment investigation. FAI for products delivered to OEMs/customers.
• Communication of proposals to OEMs and customers.
• Customer support with claim submitting process. Claim initial processing. Ensure timely resolution of the claims. Assist with improving business processes for claim processing.
• Assistance to Sales team with proposal and contract preparation.
• Serving as a customer service contact point. Close cooperation with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Service teams in CIS and US.
• Produce periodic program status reports for internal and external users, and assist in development of forecasts and work plans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant experience (Customer service, Logistics & sales support, etc.).
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while coordinating a large number of concurrent tasks;
• Fluent English.

Desired requirements:

• Experience with machine building, mining and/or O&G customers.
• Previous experience in organizing work that is technically complex and numerically oriented.
• Oracle Product experience is a plus.
