Purpose of the Job: - Deliver EBITDA, increase profitability and/or generate volume and gain market share through:
- Pricing and revenue management in the region
- Promotional activities and commercial investments tracking and return challenge
- Driving actions in sales team based on solid tracking of commercial drivers
Responsibilities: - The main challenge of the job is to challenge regional promotional activities return and search for opportunities in Market Share, Net Revenue, MACO/HL and EBITDA delivery
- Assure effective tracking and proactive approach in planning and coordinating the action plans, focusing on generating value and performance improvement;
- Coordinate the planning and performance monitoring in the region of assignment by:
- Analyzing and challenging the commercial performance figures of the region, with focus on the commercial drivers of Volume performance, Market share performance and Profitability performance
- Mixed position between sales and finance
Requirements: - University degree in Business administration and/or Engineering/Economics/Finance
- 3-4 years in western FMCG
- At least 2 years field as Sales experience
- Finance background (academic or professional)
- Able to work with statistical and financial analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident to challenge executives
- Fluent English
