Purpose of the Job:
- Provide leadership and development of Planning and performance measurement process for Direct Distribution
- Provide management with relevant timely information necessary for decision making
Responsibilities:
- Functional coordination on monthly bases of direct distribution management reporting. Control of quality of the periodic management information reports, including analyses, productivity and all costs:
- Variable Logistics Costs of direct distribution
- Fixed Logistics Costs of direct distribution
- Developing of new financial reports according to business requirements
- Development of SAP functionality (new reports, analytics, etc) to support business and financial requirements
- Resolution of financial and operational problems through use and analysis of financial information
- Responsibility for national consolidation of management reporting (direct distribution) on a monthly bases
- Control of budget fulfillment by DDC annual scope on a monthly bases (Budget/LE/Actual)
- Direct financial support of each DDC
- Monthly management pack/presentation
- Development of projects/programs oriented on costs optimization and profitability progress
Requirements:
- University degree
- 3+ years of working experience within the FMCG multinational company is preferred
- Finance background (academic or professional)
- Experience in financial support of logistics function
- Strong Leadership and Management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident to challenge executives
- Fluent English
