Job Summary/Purpose:

 

To ensure comprehensive analysis of worldwide trends and its application to Russian Market, conduct regularly Russian Market Analysis in Beverages category and identify biggest or potentially biggest opportunities for New Product Segment/Brand launches.

 

Recommend best volume and value product/brands ideas align Strategies for those in line with project implementation. Ensure these strategies development in line with Market Trends and requirements in a timely, creative and impactful manner. Measure success of assigned New Product Launches in market and recommend actions to improve brands performance.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

Lead Project Management Team for New Brands Segment development and Introductions.

  • Ensure all Brand/s ideas build in order to enhance our relationship with consumers.
  • Develop and agree with Management 5-year Strategy for each new Product/Brand
  • Create relevant and needed Briefs to get them to deliver outstanding creative solutions to assigned brands needs.
  • Ensure Integrated Marketing Campaign approach for all newly developed Brands.
  • Ensure that new brands have rational strategies that deliver volume and profit growth within the identified marketing budget.
  • Suggest most relevant marketing budgets and its effective allocation thru the year
  • Suggest, conduct, interpret research in cooperation with Research department to develop and measure the results of NPD brand strategies.
  • Ensure detailed competitive analysis and recommendations on Brands to overcome issues.
  • Synergies execution of brand plans and Strategies with cross-functional team.
  • All elements of New Brand/Product ideas are delivered to market on time and in a creative manner

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Related to Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience:    Minimum – 6-7 years in consumer marketing role
  • Language requirements:  English fluent; Russian fluent
