Senior Technical Writer / Senior Product   Marketing Analyst 

Qualifications:

• Higher education in linguistics;
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Technical Writer;
• Experience in developing technical documentation in English;
• Excellent communication skills are a plus;
• English language – excellent command;
• Telecom experience is a significant benefit.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of marketing collateral, including press releases, brochures, and whitepapers to support corporate marketing;
• Creation of customer specific response materials (request specific solution overviews, technical feature descriptions, etc) to support pre-sales;
• Creation of product marketing documentation including product feature descriptions and detailed technical product/solution overviews to support sales and product management;
• Standardization of and Quality Assurance for documentation developed within the department;
• Support of marketing events in terms of public presentations and customer meetings;
• Creation of training/support materials and their delivery within the company to enhance product knowledge and market awareness;
