Technical support engineer of Security

Job description:

• Configuration, maintenance of enterprise class switches, firewalls and routers
• Resolving security systems related hardware and software service requests in a complex, mixed
• network environment
• Analysis/troubleshooting of complex system problems

Job requirement:

• Education
  • bachelor, master or doctor degree in computer or information technology
  • fluent English, Overseas experience is preferred
• Experience , knowledge and skills
  • excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing and switching
  • excellent knowledge on server, router, firewall hardware/software architecture
  • excellent knowledge of firewall, DNS, proxy server, DHCP, web servers, etc
  • 5+ year working experience on TCP/IP networking at least.
  • strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skill.
  • good presentation/document writing skill in English
• Domestic and international travel is required.
• Desired experience:
  • CISCO certificated
  • HUAWEI certificated
  • Juniper certificated
  • 2+ Experience on IDC and enterprise network administration
