Requirements: - Fluent English both spoken & written;
- Experience of managing group or channel of federal retailers on national level at the position of Group KAM, Senior KAM, NKAM within a large foreign FMCG manufacturer - starting from 2 years at a managerial position;
- Experience of strategic development projects development & implementation;
- Total FMCG key account experience from 5-6 years, preferably with food retailers;
- Experience of key account team management (subordinates level not less than KAM, Junior KAM, KAE) - is strictly necessary;
- Proven knowledge of FMCG market;
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills, strategic mind, intelligence, excellent planning & forecasting skills, result drive.
Responsibilities: - Managing Channel of national key accounts on federal level;
- Elaborating & implementing channel development strategy;
- Conducting strategic negotiations;
- Managing Channel KA budget & motivation policy;
- Managing Channel KA team (SKAMs, KAMs, JKAMs): setting up target & tasks, coachning and development subordinates.
