Description

• In this position you will work as a member of Automation Engineering (AE) team which develops and supports tools and applications for users from Intel Software & Services Group (SSG). You'll become the AE Applications Expert and will act as the  product evangelist, developing & providing preview and trainings to end users. Being Application Engineer you will also provide technical consultations and informational support to the software users. At the same time based on the collected customer feedbacks you will help the SW developers to create the quality products that answer exact user needs and serve their use cases.
  
• Key Duties and responsibilities:
  
  
  • Provide trainings, consultations, and hands-on assistance to SW users;
    
  • Contribute to AE SW product development by providing feedback and hands-on assistance to SW developers.
    
  • As AE services expert, author technical documentation and training courses; provide expertise to customers and peer Intel orgs.
    
  • Perform beta-testing and usability assessments for AE applications.

Qualifications

• You must have completed a technical degree no more than 18 months ago or be a student in your last year.

  • Experience with Windows/Linux OS support
    
  • Knowledge of basics of MS SQL
    
  • Working experience in providing technical support to SW application users
